Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on 77cb. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. The discovery of multiple accounts attributed to the same individual may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein, at 77cb's discretion.
Individuals who have previously applied for self-exclusion on 77cb, or who are subject to a self-exclusion arrangement through any recognised responsible-gambling programme, must not attempt to re-register or circumvent any account restriction. Doing so constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Age Verification: 77cb will conduct age and identity verification checks on all accounts. Registration and maintenance of an Account is free of charge. 77cb does not charge a fee for account creation, account maintenance or the use of responsible-gambling tools available within the account dashboard.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other individual to access your Account.
77cb strongly recommends that all Users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, and that passwords be unique, complex and not reused across other online services. You must notify 77cb's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
77cb will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security, including losses arising from unauthorised access facilitated by your disclosure of login credentials to a third party.
All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawal requests submitted — shall be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously reported a security compromise to 77cb in writing.
77cb applies Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures as required by applicable regulatory frameworks. As part of these procedures, 77cb may request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, residential address, and source of funds at any stage of your use of the Platform.
77cb will endeavour to complete document reviews within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts pending verification may have withdrawal processing suspended until KYC is completed to 77cb's satisfaction. Providing fraudulent documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
77cb reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence at any point during the account lifecycle, including requesting updated documentation. Failure to comply with a verification request within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
77cb accepts deposits via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of your transaction. Available methods may include — but are not necessarily limited to — bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and others), mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, Raast instant transfers, debit/credit cards and cryptocurrency where supported. The mention of these payment brands constitutes contextual reference only and does not imply that any of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with 77cb.
You must only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. 77cb reserves the right to return funds to their source if this condition is not met.
All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits, which are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Processing times depend on the selected payment method and are not guaranteed by 77cb.
You must not deposit funds derived from criminal activity. By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that the funds are from a legitimate source and are legally yours to use on the Platform.
77cb does not accept deposits made with the intention of exploiting bonuses in bad faith. Patterns of behaviour consistent with bonus abuse may result in voiding of bonuses, withholding of associated winnings, and account closure.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Account has passed all required KYC verification checks. Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability and applicable limits.

Funds attributable to active or uncompleted Bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover obligation has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw such funds before the rollover is complete may result in forfeiture of the associated Bonus Funds.
77cb reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, irregular activity or breach of these Terms.
From time to time, 77cb may offer promotional incentives including welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback programmes and loyalty rewards. All such promotions are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses on 77cb unless stated otherwise:
Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds — and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds — may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering multiple has been satisfied. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus subject to a 30× rollover requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before any withdrawal of those funds is permitted. These figures are illustrative examples only.
Maximum Bet During Bonus: When a bonus is active, a maximum single bet or stake limit applies. Placing bets in excess of this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The applicable limit is stated in the specific promotion's terms.
Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute at different rates towards satisfying the wagering requirement. Slots commonly contribute at 100%. Bonus Expiry: All bonuses are subject to a validity period within which the wagering requirement must be met. Upon expiry, any unmet wagering obligations will result in the forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds balance and any winnings attributable to those funds.
Maximum Cash-out: Some bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount of real-money funds that can be withdrawn from winnings generated by that bonus, regardless of the overall balance. This cap is stated in the applicable promotion terms.
77cb reserves the right to withdraw, modify or terminate any promotional offer at any time, subject to reasonable notice where practicable. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage strategies, multiple account exploitation or systematic irregular staking — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77cb and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from:

77cb reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where material changes are made, 77cb will endeavour to notify registered Users through the email address associated with their Account or through a notice displayed on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole recourse is to cease using the Platform and close your Account.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. 77cb will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to review updated Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77cb holds its operating licence, which shall be stated in the Platform's licensing disclosure. This Agreement is not governed by the laws of Pakistan unless 77cb is specifically licensed within that jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the relevant licensing authority, or through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of the governing law, as applicable.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
